You would think that people at a clock shop would know how to properly take care of a clock. My bf took in his wrist watch for a simple battery change. The back plate on the watch was not sealed shut properly, I could fit 2 nails in the gap. I believe the seal now has to be completely changed. It also snowed the day this happened and humidity completely covered the inside of the watch. It was then not possible to view through the glass and the entire watch might be trashed now.

OUTSTANDING customer service! All the clocks are of such high quality. I LOVE looking at all the grandfather clocks and watches. We love hearing the various chimes. Our favorite items are the beautiful pocket watches and the chime clocks which chime patriotic hymns, spiritual hymns, or Christmas hymns. The Tick Tock Shop is my favorite store in all of Colorado Springs.

Love love this place , over a 30 min wait to receive help, passed up being helped to serve people who just arrived, they had no sense of organization as to who's next ......then when I did receive help ,she walked away for someone else to help me much later.. ,was just really busy and unorganized very disappointed!
